Branji Arabic typeface

Branji is based on the Kufi Geometric style. The letter forms design is a combination of geometrical and curvilinear shapes with a minimum slanted strokes. The word Branji (Turkish origin) is a commonly used word in the Arab world that means decent and good. Branji was initially designed for tv titling to Match capital letters from Latin SanSerif Condensed typefaces like Trade Gothic fonts, Alternate Gothic, and Helvetica Neue. The typeface was featured in Arabesque 2, Graphic Design from the Arab World and Persia, Gestalten, 2012.
