The rest you can make completely free and varied and specifically for shopping. Used recipes, for example, just put aside and repeat only once your collection is used up. I have now labeled 49 stems and we could eat something different every day for 7 weeks. I consider the recipes also by category to highlight color. In the last few weeks, I’ve never shopped so fast and targeted AND threw so little food away.
