You will need to access these files on your iPad in order to open them in Procreate. You can open them from your email, or use iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, or AirDrop them to yourself from another Apple device. When you click the swatches file on your iPad it will not show you a preview of the file, you need to click the “share” icon (usually in the upper right) and click the “Copy to Procreate” option.
