The clients chose the neighborhood for more than its convenience. “Although we wanted peace and quiet,” they explain, “for security reasons we did not want a completely isolated house, but one with neighbors who live there most of the year. Also, we wanted an area with asphalted roads, so that access would not be hampered by rain, snow or mud.”
