We recognised that Itch were offering something a bit different. So we took the opportunity to develop a brand that moves them away from the clinical or over-cute. We created a brand that is rooted in reality and doesn’t shy away from the highs and lows of being a pet parent. From an emotive brand positioning and no-nonsense tone of voice, to a bold design led by the dot from the itch ‘i’, we shaped an identity that’s already got tails wagging. With the new brand already applied across packaging and digital we’re looking forward to helping Itch continue to be best in show for pet protection.
